"Cash Earned from Upgrade" amount is incorrect.

HELP!!! Everything looked fine in my account until today.

I made a $1928 spend on 8/24. Now 7 days later and my "Cash Earned from Upgrade' shows only $193.8. Yesterday, it was $1156.80, and should today be $1349.60. ($1928 x 10% x 7 days).

Why is my "Cash Earned from Upgrade' only $193.8?

Other Cash(ref+bonus): $0
Cash Balance: $193.8
Available to withdraw: $193.8 <-----------why is this?!?!?!
