Need virtual card which can receive money!

Hi!

Do anyone know any virtual card (which can receive money into the card)?
Where can I buy this card? Please give me the link!

As I know some virtual cards online, they only can payout from the card.
But cannot receive money into the card. Please advise me more.

I believe VM and the Fastmax card may be what you are looking for. Not sure.
Personally I am an admin and will be getting a debit card that can be used to purchase ad units and can be used to be paid back onto the card. I think both of the above do this.
